Seller

The plans of BoosterParty are sold by Link, a Stripe service, acting as merchant of record: Link takes the payment, applies your country's VAT or sales tax, sends the receipt and the invoice, and handles requests about the payment (refund, chargeback) at support.link.com. The service itself (the plan and the game) is provided by Lucas Charrier, SIRET LC, 197 rue oberkampf, 75011, Paris. Contact: contact-us@boosterparty.com.

What is sold

A plan opens one game created on BoosterParty to more cards and more players, for a given time. It is bought by the game's creator; the game's players never pay anything, and nothing inside the games (currency, Boosters, cards) can be bought with real money.

Prices include all taxes; the tax is your country's, and the price may be shown in your currency. Moving up to a higher plan while a pass is running only costs the difference with the pass already paid. Buying the same plan again extends it from the end of the current pass.

Payment and access

Payment is made online through Link (Stripe): card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link or a local payment method. The plan applies to the game as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. At the end of a pass, the game is paused: players keep seeing their collection, but no Boosters can be opened until a new plan is bought. An option runs as long as the plan it is added to. The Business plan is a yearly subscription with a one-year commitment: it renews every year unless cancelled before its renewal date from the Studio (Plan tab, “Invoices and subscription”), and runs until the end of the paid year. An order confirmation is sent by email, and the invoice by Link; invoices remain available from the Studio.

Right of withdrawal

A plan is a digital service that starts as soon as it is paid. Before paying, the buyer expressly asks for it to start immediately and acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided (article L221-28, 1° of the French Consumer Code): this is the case of the Party night and Celebration plans, which end within the 14-day period, and of their options. For a longer plan (Season, Event, Large event, Business), a consumer who withdraws within 14 days of the purchase is refunded, minus the amount corresponding to the service provided until they withdrew (article L221-25): write to us at contact-us@boosterparty.com. A professional buying for their business has no right of withdrawal.

If a technical problem on our side prevents the plan from working, write to us: we will fix it or refund you.

Disputes

Write to us first at contact-us@boosterparty.com, or to Link at support.link.com for a question about the payment. Consumers may then refer the matter, free of charge, to the consumer mediator: Custom Mediator. These terms are governed by French law.
